Why

Why is it that although you give someone your 100%, they in return give you 10%? Why is it that it's acceptable when someone is rude to you, but once you retalliate to give them a taste of their own medicine, all hell breaks loose and infact, all is blamed on you? Why is it that life is so unfair in this way? How others get favoured just because they're... them and you're... you.

  1. I've asked myself this question many times. I wont say I have the perfect answer, but I've come to a conclusion over the past years that I want to share with you.

People who treat you like that, don't deserve you. They're never going to change, and no amount of begging or crying is going to fix it. In fact, they'll succeed to not only wear you out, but make you feel useless when you have nothing left to give. I've had SO many friendships where I waited hand and foot on my 'friends' and received nothing in return. I don't know why I stayed, because a relationship like that doesn't have many positives for me. Maybe I liked helping people? Maybe it was nice to have someone to actually care about? I don't know. What I do know, is that I was pretty miserable. It's really exhausting to have to give 99% to someone ALL the time, and receive only 1% back. If you have the choice, make new friends. Distance yourself from these ones, they're not worth your time.

This is just my advice. I don't have those people in my life anymore, and I feel incredible now. You don't realize it at the time, but those 'friends' really weigh you down mentally.

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best of luck.

P.S.... Your blog is amazing. xD
